Please use the form below to submit names to our monthly list of holim.  A new list will appear on August 7. You can keep your loved ones on the list as long as they need it, of course, but we ask that you re-submit the names each month.

Please enter the name of the person you wish to add in the appropriate sections (in English and/or Hebrew, as indicated), along with your name, any additional details you would like us to know, and your email.
