SUMMARY:Simchat Torah Sanctuary Services
DESCRIPTION:Join the Ansche Chesed community for our Simchat Torah services. \nThe Sanctuary and Minyan M’at will davven together outdoors on the roof. We will continue into shared hakafot\, with singing and dancing under the same conditions as the night before. Each year the 7th and final hakafa is a special moment in Minyan M’at\, and the wider shul will be privileged to share that with them and their traditions. Members can bring their own food and drink\, and we will provide some wrapped snacks. But there cannot be an open buffet. When and if people bring drinks\, there will be individual cups and people should not share cups\, of course. This portion of the service will be entirely outdoors\, in-person and will not be live streamed.\n\nThen at approximately 11:45am\, the groups will divide for the Torah reading. When we return to the sanctuary\, our Torah reading will be Zoomed out at that time\, so that all our members can hear the Torah concluded and begun again\, and then take part in the rest of the service.
