DESCRIPTION:We will have a unique opportunity to meet some of the refugee families supported by the ACRA tireless volunteers\, including a talented Burmese pop singer\, who will share some of his story through music!\n\nShabbat morning services will feature a dvar torah from Ruth Messenger as our speaker\, and highlighting the work of ACRA. Ruth was a New York City Council Member\, Manhattan Borough President\, President of the American Jewish World Service and has been an exemplary Jewish activist for decades.
