Join Rabbi Kalmanofsky in the Sanctuary at 8:45am to study the weekly reading, enriched by Jewish interpretations through the ages. For years, Shabbat mornings in the chapel were an enriching face-to-face discussion around a table. Then during the Zoom era, our attendance grew substantially with people connecting remotely. Minyan M’at is an independent, traditional, egalitarian community within Ansche Chesed. Now more than 30 years old, our group of over 150 households comes together to daven (pray), to learn, to celebrate and to sustain each other.

Anyone who has ever visited Ansche Chesed’s morning minyan will tell you that it is something very special. Meeting in the chapel on the ground floor (currently on Zoom and in the Sanctuary on Sunday's and National Holidays due to COVID), the minyan brings together all segments of Ansche Chesed’s diverse community. Shine A Light On Antisemitism

Please join the Ansche Chesed community as we come together in Times Square on the second night of Chanukah to Shine a Light on antisemitism. This event will feature musical performances by David Broza, The Maccabeats, and other special guests, messages from public officials, and a public menorah lighting. This New York event is part of a national Shine a Light on Antisemitism initiative to raise awareness around contemporary antisemitism in the US.
