Singing in Jewish Time: Concert at Ansche Chesed

Find out more »Shavuot “Pre-Kun”: Wrestling and Embracing the Commandments
As we have in previous years, Ansche Chesed will host an early evening study session at the shul, prior to the JCC Tikkun and other learning opportunities. This year AC members and clergy will reflect on mitzvot we do and don't yet do. We will reflect on mitzvot relating to business ethics, prayer and eating. Please join AC member Lois Roman for a guided tour of the "Binders of the Covenant" exhibit at the Walsh Library of Fordham University. Lois is also a Trustee of the Memorial Scrolls Trust, a London-based charity that looks after Judaica that survived the Shoah in Prague. “Binders of the Covenant” brings to life the story of Torah binders from the Memorial Scrolls Trust. Kabbalat Shabbat

Find out more »Graduation Shabbat: Celebratory Aliyah & Kiddush
Join us to celebrate all of our community's graduates -- from 8th grade, high school, college, grad school and beyond! During the Sanctuary service, graduates of any age/stage are invited to join us for a celebratory group aliyah to the Torah. We ask participants to arrive by 10:30am. After services, stick around for Kiddush! RSVP here to join the celebrations by participating in the aliyah or sponsoring kiddush.

All members in good standing are invited to join our Annual Membership Meeting to elect the slate of trustees and officers as recommended by the Nominating Committee.
