Combatants for Peace

Register here. In 2006, Israeli and Palestinian former combatants, people who had taken an active role in the conflict, laid down their weapons and established Combatants for Peace. The egalitarian, bi-national, grassroots movement was founded on the belief that the cycle of violence can only be broken when Israelis and Palestinians join forces. As a result of their work, they were nominated for the Nobel Peace Prize, 2017. Join us as “Combatants” tell their stories.

Keeping Up With The Kinder: Judaism Crash Course

Join Rabbi Yael for a “Judaism Crash Course” geared at parents who would like to strengthen their own Jewish knowledge, skills and comfort level. Open to individuals of any religious background. We will explore the Jewish holiday cycle and synagogue building, navigate through the Siddur (prayer book) and Chumash (Bible), and work together to connect with what our kids are learning in their Jewish education.
