Join Minyan M'at for the annual Zoom teaching session in memory of our dear friend Alan Mintz, z”l. Alan was the Kekst Professor of Hebrew Literature at JTS and a longtime member of Ansche Chesed and Minyan M’at. This session commemorates Alan’s 8th yahrzeit. Artist Nardeen Srouji will show slides of her solo exhibition at the Haifa Museum of Art and talk with Kobi Ben-Meir, who curated the exhibition. Nardeen, raised with her family, in part, in the Israeli Jewish-Arab cooperative community of Neve Shalom, can also talk about her experiences living in Haifa and, at times, facing challenges in whichever community she faced.
