Yoga Tefillah for Young Families, with Ellen Braitman
Geared at kids ages 5-10 and their families Exhale and stretch this Shabbat during Yoga Tefilah for Young Families with longtime AC member Ellen Braitman and Rabbi Yael. Ellen got her yoga teaching certification during the pandemic so she could share her love of yoga with others - like us! Move, breath and relax as you embrace Shabbat Shal-ommm.
