Mivtza Ukraine
The ongoing war in Ukraine concerns us all. We are in close contact with our Masorti/Conservative communities in Kyiv, Chernivtsi, Odessa, Kharkov and Dnipro – who are spending unimaginable nights in bomb shelters and are trying to find refuge in the west of Ukraine and in other countries. Please join us at the Annual Membership Meeting of Congregation Ansche Chesed on Sunday, June 26th at 5:30pm. Because of continuing public health risks and construction in the building, the annual meeting will be conducted electronically again this year. (Legislation signed by Governor Hochul allows religious institutions to hold meetings virtually.) All members in good standing of the congregation are encouraged to join this meeting.
