Breathe, Stretch and Sing with Cantor Natasha
Let yourself exhale the stress of the day, and inhale the healing power of song. Cantor Hirschhorn will guide the participants through a series of gentle body and voice warm up exercises to release tension, and improve and strengthen our breathing (always a good idea, but especially now!)
