Sanctuary Service
The Sanctuary Service follows the traditional Conservative liturgy. We read the Torah on the annual cycle, completing the entire Torah each year.

Minyan M’at is an independent, traditional, egalitarian community within Ansche Chesed. Now more than 30 years old, our group of over 150 households comes together to daven (pray), to learn, to celebrate and to sustain each other.

Anyone who has ever visited Ansche Chesed’s morning minyan will tell you that it is something very special. Join us for a special Kabbalat Shabbat service, in celebration of Pride Month. We will highlight the music of LGBTQ Jewish composers throughout the service, and we will also welcome a representative from the Trinity Place Shelter, a nearby shelter based at Trinity Lutheran Church, on 100th Street. The mission of Trinity Place Shelter is to help homeless LGBTQ* youth and young adults to safely transition out of the shelter system and grow into independent, positive, and productive adults.
