Kabbalat Shabbat on the Roof
I have come to my garden, my one, my bride... Friday night, June 2 we invite you to join us for a Kabbalat Shabbat service devoted to romance. June remains the most popular month for weddings (at least according to Wikipedia), so to begin the month, Hazzan Hirschhorn and Rabbi Jeremy Kalmanofsky have crafted a service from the Bible's love poem, Song of Songs, to celebrate human companionship. We especially want to invite the many couples who celebrate their anniversaries…
