Sanctuary Shavuot Services
Join the Ansche Chesed community in the Sanctuary to celebrate Shavuot. The first day will feature our "First Fruits" group aliyah celebrating recent births in the community. Families of newborns are invited to join us. You can come for the whole service, or just slip in for a short visit around 10:30am for the aliyah. Email Rabbi Yael Hammerman with any questions at rabbiyael@anschechesed.org. Yizkor service will be held on the second day.

Kabbalat Shabbat
Join us as we begin Shabbat with our traditional Kabbalat Shabbat and maariv service. Please join the Ansche Chesed clergy to reconnect with our community as well as find nourishment and inspiration in the music and words of our tradition.

Please join us for the ritual casting off of our sins. We will meet at Ansche Chesed at 4:45pm to walk to the Hudson River. Please bring something to toss! While many people throw bread crumbs, anything may be tossed in.
