Family Simchat Torah Celebration
Join us for a FREE light dairy dinner followed by our annual Torah Unroll, dancing and Hakafot with the rest of the AC Community. Stick around for ice cream and popsicles after the second Hakafa! No RSVP necessary, walk-ins welcome.

The singing and dancing continue as we finish reading the Torah and begin reading it all over again. Join us on the Roof for Sanctuary and Minyan M'at joint services, with each minyan holding its own Torah reading.

Special Kabbalat Shabbat Service
Join us for special Kabbalat Shabbat services, led by students from our ACHS Kitah Zayin class with Hazzan Hirschhorn, and including musical instruments. Following services, we will have a special Shabbat Dinner for all of our Project Aliyah upcoming B'nai Mitzvah families, and the families of our Kitah Zayin students. Learn More and Register

Heschel Harmonizers at AC
We are delighted to welcome the Heschel Harmonizers to Ansche Chesed for Shabbat. The Harmonizers will perform in Hirsch Hall during Kiddush, and will also add their voices to Sanctuary services and children’s tefilah. The Heschel Harmonizers are the Abraham Joshua Heschel High School a cappella group. Founded in 2006 by students, to this day the group is still heavily student run, under the guidance of director Adena Korn. Sanctuary Shavuot Services
Join the Ansche Chesed community in the Sanctuary to celebrate Shavuot. The first day will feature our "First Fruits" group aliyah celebrating recent births in the community. Families of newborns are invited to join us. You can come for the whole service, or just slip in for a short visit around 10:30am for the aliyah.
