Tzelem Moving Traditions Group (13-18 year olds)
During this group nonbinary, trans, gender expansive, and LGBTQ+ Jewish teens will gather monthly with a trained adult mentor using a dynamic curriculum. Together in a circle of support, participants experience a brave, sacred space to celebrate and support together through joys and challenges, consider the impact of gender norms on their daily lives, be their authentic selves with their peers, and explore topics that matter most to them. The Boy: Special Screening and Conversation Honoring Filmmaker Yahav Winner and Families of Israel’s South
In memory of filmmaker Yahav Winner, who was killed on October 7 protecting his wife and young child, the Marlene Meyerson JCC Manhattan is hosting an evening honoring his life and work in Kibbutz Aza through film and conversation.
