First Friends of New Jersey and New York provides visitors and other support within immigration detention centers, helps detainees who have been released, and advocates for a more just immigration system. In this program you will learn about the operation of the largely for-profit detention system and what you can do to assist immigrants in detention. Donate Your Extra Halloween Candy!

Ansche Chesed will co-host a potluck dinner at Fourth Universalist Society in support of the Hernandez family who are living in sanctuary in the church building. MLK Day of Service
Ansche Chesed will join thousands of New Yorkers to participate in the annual MLK Day of Service. Get to know other AC members while working together to make a difference in the greater NYC community.
